Our Staff

We encourage you to get to know the people who work at Lincoln Heights. There are several departments, department heads, and many employees who assist in planning and providing quality care. Here are some of the people who can assist you.


Melanie Crump has served as Business Office Manager at Lincoln Heights Healthcare since 2005. She has worked in long term care for 23 years and has worked in many different areas in the industry. Contact her with any questions concerning Medicare or Medicaid.”

 

 

 




Sandy Rupe, RN has served as the Director of Nursing at Lincoln Heights Healthcare since 2009. She received her RN degree in 1993 and has worked in long term care for 20 years. She has worked in every aspect of long term care nursing including charge nurse, ADON and MDS coordinator. “I find long term care to be challenging and rewarding.”

 

 

 





Amanda Mizell, RN has served as MDS Coordinator at Lincoln Heights Healthcare since 2010. Amanda has been a Registered Nurse since 2000. She worked on the hospital cardiac step down unit for 10 years before making the transition to long term care. “I love all of my co workers and residents and enjoy coming to work each and every day.”

 

 

 

 


Jacqulyn Hoyt has served as the Social Services Director and Admissions Coordinator since 2013. Her outgoing and vibrant personality makes her ideal for this position. From shopping trips to one on one visit, she strives to enhance the lives of our residents and ensure they always feel at home.

Gina Nealy, LPN has served as charge nurse since 2005 and Treatment Nurse at Lincoln Heights Healthcare since 2009. She received her LPN degree in 1998 and has worked in long term care for 16 years. “I love making a difference in the lives of the residents and their families”

 

 

 

 

 

Shirley Mitchell has served as Environmental Services Director at Lincoln Heights Healthcare for eight years.  “This is the only nursing home that I have every worked in and I love it and could not imagine working in where else. “
